I have been practising yoga since 2001; a student first and always, I have been sharing what I continue to learn since 2007. I hold SMALL CLASSES and I teach both the Primary and intermediate Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga; my aim is to help people develop an individual, safe and healing practise. My inspiration for sharing the practice of yoga comes from my teacher JOHN SCOTT and from my students who wish me to share yoga with them...all of whom inspire me to keep learning and sharing the way of yoga everyday. I offer class types to suit people of all age groups or differing levels of experience / ability; Counted classes and Assisted Self Practise (Mysore Style) of Ashtanga 1st and 2nd Series and a Hatha yoga class. I also hold regular workshops. I teach on the three shires borders of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
I wish to thank all who have, and who still continue sharing yoga with me (see about me) but I wish to particularly thank and acknowledge my first yoga teacher Kevin, my BWY Diploma tutor Val, Danny Paradise, Manju Jois, Lucy, and of course John who is continually showing me the way of yoga and without whom, I would not be sharing with you.
