My intention in sharing Yoga is so people can begin to inspire themselves, to empower and heal themselves. To soften, strengthen and energise; letting go of stiffness to help develop a more flexible body and mind, in order to help focus the mind. May you take this knowledge off the mat and into your life, so you are here in the present with an ease and grace that you may share this with others. My inspiration for sharing the practice comes from my teachers John and Lucy Scott. 
And my own experience of Ashtanga yoga as taught to me by my teacher is one of gentle flowing grace; a moving meditation and a journey into stillness, leading towards self realisation. My aim is to pass on with the greatest respect to my teacher, what he has taught me by sharing with you through my own understanding and experiences of this amazing system for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being, with that same gentle approach and open heart afforded to me. I wish to thank all who have, and who continue still, to share yoga with me (see About Sandra) but I wish to particularly thank and acknowledge my first yoga teacher Kevin, my BWY Diploma tutor Val, Denise, Danny Paradise, Lucy Scott, and John who is continually showing me the way of yoga and without whom, I would not be sharing with you. Om sukha, om shanti, Sandra I offer a range of class types and levels to suit people of any age group or level of physical ability; one Hatha yoga class and varying levels of Ashtanga yoga classes and workshops.
