Who can attend classes?

I offer a range of class types and levels to suit people of any age group or level of physical ability; varying levels of Ashtanga yoga classes, a hatha yoga class, workshops and private tuition. I offer modifications in all classes; adjusting the yoga to the practicioner, not the other way around. Contact Sandra to discuss your needs

Class Schedule - from Jan 10th - 31st March 2012

CLASSES RESUME Tue 10th Jan, but Please Note: I am not then teaching for 3 weeks after late Jan (back as normal after Feb half term break) as I am studying with my teacher John Scott, so exact class dates I am teaching, are by each class below.

Moon Days will be acknowledged with technique/restorative type class/practise.


Sundays  10am-12noon (once a month) Ashtanga Full Primary Series Counted Vinyasa Class

Tuesdays    8.45am - 10.15am (90mins) - Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - all levels welcome
£7.50 per class (for Term block of 9 classes) or Drop in £9:
Class dates: Tuesdays 10th, 17th, Jan, 21st, 28th Feb, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th March'12

(so either 9 x £7.50 for term = £67.50, or £9 drop).

Fridays    9am - 10.55am  - Assisted (Mysore) Practise of  Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

(Arrive anytime up to 9.45am, come in quietly if after 9am please) All Levels Welcome
Class dates: Fridays  24th Feb, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th March'12

(so either 6 x £9 for half term block of 6 classes = £54, or £11 drop in).

Fridays    11.05am - 12.30 noon - Yoga (Hatha) All Levels Welcome

Ashtanga Yoga is the system of Yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India. This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures; a process producing an internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
