ALL classes resume week commencing 6th Sept'10 - due to my own ongoing yoga study / teacher training (and half term), I will not be teaching on certain dates this term so confirmed class dates that I am teaching are by each class day below (9 sessions for each class this term).
Who can attend? I offer a range of class types and levels to suit people of any age group or level of physical ability, from more gentle yoga through to stronger classes and Ashtanga yoga. You can build up gradually over time at a rate that's right for you and I offer modifications in all classes; adjusting the yoga to the practicioner, not the other way around.
